Life's equator I've already crossed, Shaking off the sediment that's lost. My own navigator, I chart my way, On land I walk, no Krusenstern to sway. When global floods once more engulf the shore, And waters rise, as they have before, I'll walk on waves, a driver in the deep, Gazing into the detpths, where secrets sleep. Path twisted, turned, in DNA design, A spiral staircase, where I climb in time. A creation, I, with no need to prove. Yet still I'll try, though uncertain of the move
